Yup, I need some inspiration. Although I keep picking up books, I still need to get around to reading them. Sometimes though, it takes the right book to get back into the groove.

Often I find myself re-reading books just because there’s a built-in guarantee that I’ll love it. Because there’s nothing worse than starting a book I hate, but forcing myself through it. I began reading a Debbie MacComber book this year that I hated so much I stopped reading altogether (I never do that).

What’s your favorite book you’ve read so far this year? Do you have more than one favorite? It doesn’t have to be published this year (or this century!).
