I am hoping you can help me. What is a fair price to charge an attorney for each ebook of mine he distributes?
He did an interview with me and is giving my ebook to some of his clients as a giveaway. What should I charge him for each book distributes? The cost of the book on Amazon is $15.95
I charge wholesalers $8.00 per book plus shipping.

o_O

I suppose I'd feel differently if I made it onto queryfail, but if most of the entries are anything like the ones you quoted, it seems to me rather like the Darwin Awards: if you're there, you deserved it for sheer stupidity. It might be hard to get published, but surely it's not that hard to follow the agent/publisher's rules, not to mention all common sense, and at least put together a solid query.

Of course, to quote Einstein, "Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former."
